I have an Argus and working fine for couple months. Recently, the cam don't report motion and can't connect to the mobile app either. I then reset the cam and setup the cam again. Unfortunately, I keep on getting "Wi-Fi connection failed!" Please check the Wi-Fi settings and try again. I have tried on 2 routers and even changed my 2.4G Wi-Fi SSID on the router and still no luck. Btw, all my other devices connect to my Wi-Fi router on 2.4G are fine. Any clue to mark it work again?
The camera didn't connected to any NVR yet. However, I set the NTP thru Reolink Client to synchronize every 60 mins and the reported time stamp seems okay now.
The camera is connected to the network and monitored thru Windows and Android App. The problem is noticed a week later after the firmware upgraded. Here are the system info:Build No. build 16060600Hardware Ver. IPC_3816MConfig Ver. V2.0.0.0Firmware Ver. 806_16060600Btw, I rebooted the cam @ 8am (sync the clock) this morning, by 5pm, the cam report the time is 11:28 pm.This time the clock runs fast, but last couple times, the clock runs slow!
I have a RLC410 with the latest firmware and recently noticed that the clock is out of sync. The clock can slow down 3 to 4 hours per day. If I reboot the cam, the time will sync again. Is that normal?
