Reolink RLC-410WS Keeps Resetting

I have a problem with a Reolink RLC-410WS that keeps resetting to factory defaults. Once the device is power cycled it goes back to the factory defaults which means the WIFI keeps getting reset. Does anyone know what would cause this?
