Can we get the option to only send a push notifications from the NVR to the Reolink App if a motion trigger continually sees motion for X amount of seconds and also have it work on a configurable schedule. I believe this would have prevented the amount of times I got a false indication where a bug was seen on the cameras Night Vision IR (Adjusting the sensitivity did not help in this matter as a bug looks huge when it is near the camera lens). I would still like a recording from the trigger, or give a separate option to trigger an recording if a motion also has been triggered for X amount of seconds.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. You can refer to How to Avoid False Alerts on Reolink Cameras to check the settings at first. The function you raised has not been realized in our product at present, but we will try our best to improve it in the future. If the false alert is very frequent, please send an email to support@reolink.com. We will check it for you soon. Thanks.
