      Folks - new UK customer here and I have a few questions as below - I have two Argus 2 cameras.

      1. Although I have signed up to the US free cloud version, I assume I am unable to use it in UK?

      2. Regarding the rear skin, please see the attached picture – I have 2 cameras and the rear “cut out” was the same on both – it appears as if you are supposed to cut it as it does not easily push in or out? I was thinking of purchasing the optional solar panel and presumably if you plug that in with the skin attached you have to cut/open the flap?

      3. My wife and I both have the app on our iphones and ipads – am I correct in thinking that if I have the app loaded/I have enabled pir but she does not, we both get live view/alerts at the same time or does only the person who has the app loaded/enabled pir get live view/alerts – in other words if any mobile device tries to update/change a setting does that take effect on only that mobile device or on all mobile devices that have access?
      4. Is it possible to manually delete the video footage that has been captured on the app player or does it automatically delete the video footage after a set time/memory status?
      5. My wifi is barely strong enough to cope with the outdoor camera locations, so I may purchase a wifi extender - if I do this, do I have to go through the whole set up/scanning the qr codes etc (would then need to dismount the cameras??) or can I just disconnect from the existing wifi network and reconnect to the new wifi extension network?

          Glad to help you solve those problems, the answers are listed below:
          1. Now the cloud service is only available in the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. We will expand the use area in the future. Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.
          2. Yes, you need to cut the "U" in the back of the skin using the knife, then the USB cable can go through the skin to charge the camera.
          3. Except for push notification, if you change a setting via Reolink App on your device, it will take effect on all mobile devices that have access right. But if you enable push on your device but your wife does not, the notification will only send to your device.
          4. The SD card will overwrite the video automatically when it becomes full.
          5. You need to set the SSID of the WiFi extender as same as your router, otherwise, you will lose the connection between the camera and the router.
