Cloud - Uploads have stopped

The last time a file was sent to the Cloud was 6th May 2019, 7:56am.
Since then nothing. I am on the free plan, but have a second Eco to install and so wanted to see how good the Cloud was.
I have several times, unbound the Eco and bound again. But nothing.
I am using the Android App and the PIR Schedule (must be the default) is all a blueish colour.
The Eco has an SD Card and video is being written to the Card. It captured 6 movements today (7th May 2019).
PS I have read the instructions on how to connect to the Cloud. -
