Hello together, I got my C2 yesterday and installed it without any problems.It seems to work well, but after a few tries with the pan, zoom and focus, the camera can't zoom anymore. If I use the zoom function, the camera didn't zoom, the picture only get blurred/without focus. I can focus again, but the zoom didn't work anymore. After a restart of the camera, the problem still exists.Anybody with the same problems? Is there a solution?Kind regards Alex
The image is still blurry now, right? Please reset the camera for a check, refer to How to Reset Reolink Keen, C1, C1 Pro, C2 and C2 Pro. If the problem still exists, please send an email to support@reolink.com for further assistance.
