Hey all,I could really use some help with an install job that I am currently doing.I have installed the 410 & 420 POE model cameras inside of a local business. The business uses fluorescent lighting at 50/60hz. This is causing blurred lines on the playback monitor. If the lights are off, the cameras work and are clear.I initially figured it was like “static” from the electrical lines. However as I turned off certain lights, I noticed that it will only be blurry in the areas the lights are on even if none of the POE wires are near that light source.I’ve tried changing the playback in between both 50hz and 60hz and neither helped the issue.Any help is appreciated. I’ve been working on this on and off for 3 weeks!

I have sent a support ticket, but did not receive exactly the answer I was looking for. I'll go a little more in depth and hopefully somebody can lead me in the right direction.I have a RLN16-410 DVR. Cams are a mix of the B400 (dome/bullet 410/420). I see firmware updates for these cameras but they are not updates for my current version of IPC_5128.Is there a firmware version available to fix the NTSC 30fps option? Will there be a firmware version if not? If I use another brand of camera will the DVR allow me the ability to set that camera to 30fps if the camera has the capability?I don't know if I should just swap the whole system out, return it, or ride the wave hoping a firmware or explanation will come quickly.
