    NVR did not boot up after reset factory

      I have reset my NVR via sofeware client window after reseted the NVR cannot get ready as normal, then I try to unplug and plugin back the NVR showed Reolink logo and loop back to HDMI out of range.

          Yes I have contact from them Sally (Reolink) on duty try to solve now waiting for engineer.
