        You could connect your IP camera and the NVR to the same router other than connect the camera to the NVR directly. Then you can preview the camera separately and playback the video footage via Reolink software. And you also can access the camera via the NVR because they've connected to the same network.

          can I put camera to the NVR because NVR has POE and assign camera ip to same network? if yes where can I change the IP that NVR auto assign to camera.

            If you connect the cameras to the NVR, you can only access the system via the UID or IP address of the NVR, the NVR will assign an IP to the cameras which ensure the safe access of the whole system.
