Now like 3 months ago I bought Reolink Argus 2. I live in a offgrid area so I also bought TP-LINK router (TL-MR6400) that provides me 4G signal using a sim card. The distance between router and Argus 2 is like 17ft. Sometimes is working to get a live view but mostly NOT. Sometimes I get lucky from the first time but sometimes I stay all the night pressing "try again". It is very annoying trying and trying to get live view with failed results. Where is the problem? 17ft is a lot of distance for the camera?Yesterday I tried to extend my Wi-fi signal so I bought a wireless range extender, MERCUSYS MW300RE 300Mbps. Sorry for the expression, but same s..t, it is not connecting everytime, it is like Mercusys doesn't even exists there, even if my phone it see it from 150ft.So my phone (Huawei P30) can see the signal from 150ft but the camera can't from 17ft?Where is the problem?
Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please submit a request to Reolink Support? We will check it for you soon. Thanks.
