Argus Eco camera - Stream type, clear, balanced or Fluent?

On a Argus Eco camera what is the best Stream type, clear, balanced or Fluent? Is there a manual that explains what the settings mean and what is the best settings. Can someone also please explain what is the best setting for Maximum Bitrate which is defaulted to 1536. Thank you.
