      Hello there,

I am using RLC410 5MP in indoor context. The camera is stannd-alone (no PVR, direct connection to my router).

I would like to record using motion detection, which currently necessitate to enable alarming.

The problem with alarm is that the buzzer gets activated everytime I pass in front of the camera.

In indoor normal usage, it is very annoying.

Could you consider an option or a configuration item where recording could be activate thanks to motion detection but I could choose a fully silencious mode ?

      my best regards,
      Olivier ELIZON
I have attached my configuration details.

I have several RLC-410-5MP cameras. None of them make a sound when motion recording happens.
I believe the heading "Alarm" is misleading. (Although Reolink does better than most Chinese firms, there are still some language issues here and there.) I think "Alarm" is intended to mean only "Cause Motion Recording", not "make a sound".

Just as an experiment, you could turn off the sound recording.

Maybe you have a defective unit?
