Using different nvr with Reo app?

I have 7 camera hooked up to a nvr and can access them via a single ip address with outside software. The camera are hooked directly to the nvr and do not have their own ip addresses (in other words they are not ip camera)
I also have 2 and soon 3 reo camera.

My question: Can I use the Reo app and pc software to view these camera along with my reo camera?

A little confused about your question.
Do you mean whether you can access the cameras separately not through the NVR?
If my understanding is right, you have to connect the cameras to your router not NVR directly.

Thank you Cynthia! Yes, I was trying to utilize the great REO software and see my other 7 cameras on REO app. But it appears I can not achieve this. I'm not ready to give up my current 7 cameras and purchase 7 reo cameras since they work "ok" currently.
