I set the motion capture region to the the whole field of view of the camera by using the "Full Screen" button in the windows app. The next day, only about 10% of the field still has the blacks squares on it to indicate the motion zone. I think I am missing some of captures as a result. This has happened multiple times now. Is there a way of fixing this?Windows client version 7.2.2.33. Camera model E1, Fw_version v2.0.0.512_19081900.
Hi David, sorry for the trouble caused.It is a kind of bug of the camera, and our senior engineer had developed new firmware to fix it.Please send the request to our support@reolink.com, we will update new firmware to you to fix it.Thanks for your support of reolink.
