Computer not finding my reolink c1 Pro

I have been trying to link to my c1 pro for two days. It is on and attached to the lan (both Wireless and Ethernet) yet I get no indication that it is there. Ive looked on Network Neighborhood, Network Devices, and reolink client. Client doesn't find it either. I can't seem to see the IP address it is located on and trying to set up the UID, I get error message saying that it is wrong. Please help me find the camera. Thanks
