Will the WiFi cameras (E1 3mp) work on my home net without internet access?

Where i live there is sometimes not internet for a day or two. Im using a GSM provider and the reliability is bad.
I run the Reolink desktop app and im recording 24\7 to my computer.

Will the WiFi camera still broadcast on my homenet to my computer when the internet connection is down, or does it need internet access to work?
My WiFi\lan is always up.

I understand i will not be able to access it remotely when the net is down.
I understand it will still record on the SD card but i need it to record on my computer as well.
