Can't connect cameras over cameras over cellular data

Does anyone knows how to setup Reolink app to view cameras over cellular network?
I setup my router and I can see cameras remotely using a browser (chrome) how ever I can't do same thing over cellular network. Cameras works on app when I'm connected to my wifi network though.

Depending on your phone,
1: Make sure cellular data in turned on in your phone settings.
2: In Reolink app settings, turn on Allow Reolink to access cellular data.
