When will the Reolink Argus 2 become smart?

Hi Cynthia, unfortunately again the answer provided by reolink is of absolutely no use with no timeline or details provided on IFTTT or answers on Alexa features.

Having a simple videolink with Alexa and claiming compatibility seems to be just a marketing thing unless and until you actually provide useful functionalities as pointed out in my post and the ones from other users.

I regret that again the feedback from reolink appears as a simple copy/paste of previous answers and lacks any actual substance. But again, the lack of useful customer support/feedback is also what I pointed out in my previous post so I cannot say that I am surprised...

Hi there, since our camera doesn't support the IFTTT now and if you add the camera with Alexa you could only view the live stream, we have escalated this to our development team, there are lots work requires to do and we must evaluate this request first, if its possible that we will make is available in the future upgrade and let you know, thanks so much for your kindly patience in advance.
