website camera suggestions

I am a newbie to all this. I am looking for a camera to display a live feed on my website, I do not really need a NVR and would either like a wide angle camera (up to 180 degrees) or a panning camera, what would you suggest?

What would I need to display the image from the RLC-423 on a public website an (RTSP server maybe)?
Would visitors to the website be able to control the Pan and zoom?
Reading some of the other posts it looks like I can also set it to pan automatically?

If you access RLC-423 through the web, you can control the PTZ function.
