Reolink RLC-410-5MP low performance / FPS

Hi

I bought 3pcs of RLC-410 and one RLC-520 to test out here. All 4 are wired and connected to a Ubiquiti POE+ Switch and all of them shows connectivity at 100/100 Mbps.

My problem is that this one feed in my Carport is limited: 4.9 12/0.5 fps, 330kB/s

My 3 other cameras (newest) are at: 4.9MP 30/1.3 fps, 760kB/s

They have all the exact same settings, firmware upgraded and resolution on the highest, bitrate set to 6114, 30fps and baseline: high.

The FPS on the carport camera goes down to 8 if i change it down to it but it never exceeds 12.

Under performance you see the Carport camera showing:

50% CPU - 2778 kbps - Ethernet throughput: 310KB/s

But all the other 3 shows:

60-90% CPU - 6500 kbps - Ethernet throughput: 810KB/s

Any idea what might be wrong with my camera? Or what setting I've missed?
