Infrared cut toggles every second when set to Auto

Hi, I have 3 E1 cams.
When the infrared lights setting is set to Auto, and the light in the room reaches a certain threshold level , the camera starts toggling the infrared cut on and off every second...
(This is because the camera have only single threshold value, rather than having an Upper threshold value different from lower threshold value like other camera brands have)
