In order to setup and maintain a NVR system is it possible to use an iPad rather than a dedicated monitor or TV. Ideally I want to conceal the NVR out of sight and once setup would need little attention, reviewing clips on mobile. Thanks in anticipation.
You can download the Reolink app and then add the NVR to the Rolink app for connection. And then you can view the live stream from the cameras.
I am using an Ipad on a stand to monitor my cameras at my desk. I downloaded the app and it works fine. But I can't figure out how to rearrange the views so I can pick four to stay on the first page and the rest on the second. My old Arlo system allowed me to put devices in a particular order.Thank you. James
Sorry that the order of the cameras that are connected to the NVR cannot be rearranged on the APP. The order of the cameras is related to the IP channel.
So at point of installation you need to order cameras 1 - 8 at IP video input? Or simply reorder them after installation. I plan to use a Wi-fi camera above the front door which I would like as my priority view so I assume it would take up IP 1. Or can the Wi-fi camera be accessed on my mobile separately from wired cameras. Thanks in anticipation.
You can adjust the order on the NVR: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000774686-How-to-Arrange-the-Display-Order-of-Cameras-via-Reolink-PoE-NVR?source=search
