      Hello. I have problem with my Reolink-520. Some of my videos (mini clips) were recorded wont run properly. They just loading successfully with max kpbs and start dropping to zero and the clip freeze.Theres a two ways to watch them: Switching to Fluent mode (Super low quality) / Download and preview in phone video player with high quality.

      This happening on my Android Phone (Honor 😎 with Reolink App and Software (Windows 10). I have no problems with camera ip site (192.168.0.100). Same with Mobile data (4G speed) sometimes running well sometimes dropping kpbs and freeze...

      The camera is up to 64GB microSD

      I put 128GB microSD Samsung 10class.

      Tried to reinstall app, reset all settings, reboot camera, format microSD still got problems with the app?
      Can the problem it be from the higher SD storage card?

      I can post pictures if it'll help.

        The issue may be caused by the 128GB SD card. Could you please exchange another SD card (64GB or less than 64GB) for a check?
