Hi all,

Last week i bought a reolink 410w-4mp with my neighbor and today we installed it. So we installed the reolink app and someting strange happens..
I and my neighbor have a samsung mobile, my wife a lg and thye neighbors wife a iphone...
My wife and the neighbors wife can take picture's from the app and we cant...

Anyone a idea?
