RLC-423 firmware update

I noticed a new firmware for the RLC-423, however it states it requires hardware version IPC_51516M5M, and mine is IPC_3816M. Does this mean I cannot update my camera? I cannot find another firmware version on the site.
This is a pretty serious issue if I cannot upgrade my firmware due to no fault of mine.
Please advise of a solution.
