Hello,After reading the following FAQs:GMAIL: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000411423-Failed-to-Send-Email-Gmail-Do you have a plan to add GMAIL support for sending mail without using the "Less secure app access", option which is strongly discouraged by Google?Push notification :https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009458374-Abnormal-Push-Notification-on-Android-PhoneThe "Push Notifications Fixer" application is no longer available, at least in France.Do you have a plan to add this option directly in the Mobile Client application?Thank you in advance for your answers
Gmail: You can also generate an APP password in Gmail and use that password in the Reolink APP, refer to https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039461654-How-to-Generate-an-APP-Password-in-Gmail-Email-AccountPush: We do not have such a plan currently, but we will forward your feedback to our R&D team and help them make improvements in the future.
@Cynthia for GmailI have seen the FAQ that you indicate. But the condition to be able to use an application password is to use the validation in 2 steps, which is a significant constraint.Google Help:Sign in using app passwordsAn app password is a 16-digit passcode that gives a non-Google app or device permission to access your Google Account. App passwords can only be used with accounts that have 2-Step Verification turned on.Please note this remark for a future version.Best regard
Thank you forward your feedback, we will forward it to the related department to update the FAQ.
