Hello everybody, I would like to take a permanent recording on my SD card with my Reolink 410 5MP, but I would also like to switch on the motion detection so that I can watch it if necessary. But I have not found a way to activate this, i.e. continuous recording and playback, i.e. motion detection. Did I miss something? I ask for a short feedbackIt's Android One Plus 8 Pro
We are sorry to tell you that the RLC-410-5MP can't support continuous records to the SD card. it can only record motion detection videos to the SD card. May I know why you need this function?
Hello, I'll try to explain it that way. My cheap camera (Nooie Outdoor Cam) was software-wise. That means recording continuous recording on SD card and motion messages to watch it. Since there are a lot of people walking back and forth here, it is important to see what happened a few minutes before the motion sensor recorded. When I had to access it I was shocked that neither is possible. As already written, a cheap camera can actually do that. Maybe there will be an update. Behind the house I have the Reolink 410w that can't do that either, but that's not that bad either. It would have been important in front of the house with the Reolink 410 5MP.
And can you help me?
Please submit your needs to https://reolink.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Please also send the system information of the camera. And our support team will provide further suggestions.
An easy solution would be to use a Reolink NVR. It can record continuously and you can have to Motion Marks.
