FTP Upload not possible with new software version?

Hi,

I am using a "old" Reolink RLC-520 with software version v.2. Some weeks ago I purchased once again the same model but with new version (v.3).

It is not possible to use FTP upload function with exact the same configuration like on old camera model. FTP test is failing always.

Does anybody have the same issue? I already contacted support team but it didn't help. Downgrading is also not possible...
