I had a GO PT operating for a little over a month before it went offline. It power up with a red LED, changes to a slowly blinking Blue LED and then tells me there is no network connection.

We have rebooted, removed and reinserted the SIM, verified there is credit on the prepaid plan, taken the SIM to T-Mobile and verified it is good.

I have more SIM cards coming, but then I have to activate them for possibly no reason. Reolink tech support is recommending I get a SIM from Mint, but that is another $45 to activate it to possibly discover the camera is bad???

I am with a security dealer that bought this to solve a customer issue and not being able to solve the customer problem except one message a day is disappointing. (I am in the US and return messages from tech support usually happen overnight) Was hoping these devices may be a solution for some customers, but not if I can't get issues resolved.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

From the feedback of our customers, the Mint mobile SIM card can work with the camera, so it is suggested to exchange the SIM card for a check. Since we haven't tested all the SIM cards in the market, we cannot confirm if there is a compatibility issue between the camera and the SIM card. Usually, when you see a blinking blue light, it means the problem is not related to the camera.
We understand that you want to solve the problem quickly. Since there is a time difference between us, we can't reply to you promptly. If you prefer a phone conversation, you can schedule a proper time with our support team so they can call you and help you solve the problem.
