Hi,i have a Reolink Argus 2 camera.Due to a connection problem i had to re-install the Reolink App on my iPhone XS Max. Re-installation worked fine however the face-id option to unlock the App is not working anymore.I have set a password for the App but when i click on option "unlock via face-id" nothing happens. Everytime i start the App i have to put in my password, the App is not even trying to unlock via face-id.Before it worked fine. Now Face-id is like dead. The option is there, but when i click on it nothing happens.What could be the problem?
