This icon indicates that the camera is bound to your account.
Thanks Cynthia. I have not logged into or subscribed to the Cloud services. I have 6 camera (E1's, Lumus, Argus 2, RLC410). Some cameras have the icons, some don't. How do you bind a camera to an account?
Hello, do you bind the cameras to the smart home?The camera is bound to any account-related functions, this icon will be displayed.If there is still an issue, you may contact our support team by submitting a request and provide the UID of the cameras.Have a nice day.
Scott, If you register for an reolink account with your ios app and while logon, add the camera then that camera will have that icon on it (probably means it registered to that account). If you are already logon but some shown and some dont, just logout and log back in. If some are not shown just delete the camera and add it while logon. Hope that helps.
Thanks Huu. Yes - I logged out and the icons disappear on iOS app. When I log back in though they re-appear for some of the cameras. I doubled checked and no cameras have the cloud updloads enabled and none are enabled for home automation. Not a big deal for me - I was just curious what the icon means. Might be some type of bug with the app.
