Hi, I have a Reolink Go PT and android phone is running version 4.25.4.3 of the mobile app. The Go PT is firmware v2.0.320.00

My question is under the setting PIR Motion Sensor -> Sensitivity there is a toggle to "Reduce false alarms". How does this work? What does it really do?

The text says "If you have received frequent alarms by waving objects within the monitoring zone, please enable this to reduce false alarms.". How does it actually reduce false alarms?

      Thank you.

Can anyone from Reolink answer my question about "Reduce false alarms"?

Also, I now have version 4.26.1.3 of the android app and it appears that something was removed from the app. The number on the PIR Motion Sensor->Sensitivity screen is missing. It used to show the number of the sensitivity (i.e. 80) from 1 to 100, but now it does not show the number making it impossible to make small adjustments to the sensitivity.

Please add back the number so that I can set the sensitivity precisely and make small adjustments to find the perfect number that doesn't trigger false alarms from wind but does trigger for people. Before I had it set to 88 which worked very well, but now I can't tell what the level is anymore.

Hi Ryan, sorry for the late reply. When you enable the "Reduce false alarm" button, PIR will detect motion in the same direction twice in 4 seconds, which can reduce the frequent alarms by waving objects within the monitoring zone.

We have received your suggestion and have forwarded it to our R&D team.

          Thank you for your patience.
