      Notifications not working on Android. It keeps saying operation failed every time I try to toggle on the notifications. I have 13 cameras and a combination of NVR, POE, Solar and WiFi. All cameras are different types as well. Does Reolink know about this problem? Is this a widespread issue? Has anyone else had this issue recently? I tried resetting the phone and app. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I've tried going back to the previous app version as well. Nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated.

          Same issue here, Android phone with NVR, POE, WiFi. Seemed to suddenly stop working this week, and impossible to re-enable in the app. Just keeps saying "Operation Failed" and toggles back off. Extremely frustrating how bad the client/app experience is despite the cameras themselves working quite well.

            @keoni_704774566166725 Push notification stopped working yesterday. I have 1 doorbell camera and 2 outdoor cameras and 1 indoor camera all are set to with push notification on. I tried many times to toggle push notification on/off it shows (operation failed) every time.

              @lastt2_792764728987846 I had no issue with push notification. All cameras which were triggered did send the alert and I received the push notification. Any specific time window?

              So the camera sends the alert to pusx.reolink.com (Message application server). From the UID, the application gets the FCM token and push the message to Google FCM. From the token, the FCM application gets the IP of your smartphone and pushes the notification to your smartphone. Could be that Reolink was performing some maintenance on their push application server in a particular region. I did encounter this and support confirmed that they did some maintenance. I asked them to leave message in the website way before the actual date and broadcast it in community, Reddit and facebook.

                  Ensure that all permissions for the app are enabled in your phone settings. Then, check if battery optimization settings are affecting the app. Make sure your Android version is compatible with the app. Good luck!

                    Clearing the cache and data for the app might resolve any corrupted files that are causing the issue. @ Friday Night Funkin

                                @user_855873665142929_855873665142929 Try to check whether from your network you can do a DNS query to pushx . reolink . com. Moreover try to restore one of the cameras and check again.

                                  I have the same Problem since few days. Both cameras can not send push notifications. In my android app I always get an error, when clicking on push menue item. I deleted/restarted both cameras, added again, also reinstalled app and added cameras again but still same issue. The DNS query works: {"status":{"code":1,"detail":"Specific API doesn't exist."}}
