      I tried configuring email snapshots. I get the test email, but not the snapshot emails.  Is this feature broken?

        Hi, the email only can be sent out when you enable the Motion Alarm and set the action as send email. Refer to below and check it.

          So there's no way to have the camera just email you a snapshot on a scheduled basis?

            For now we don't support sending email on a schedule basis. We will forward your suggestion to our R&D team.
