On Screen Text Colors

Is there anyway to change the Text Colors on the monitor display. I have a lot of Light Colors in my camera views and it is very difficult to see the times and dates.

One technique I have used is to define a Privacy Mask that covers the camera name or Date/Time. That results in a black background.
