I wish I never bought this product. When I first purchased the product there was a free cloud storage option for saving your video clips. There still is a free option but the company has decided to play childish games and make you have to renew your free subscription on a monthly basis in the hopes that you will finally get sick of renewing and purchase a paid cloud storage plan. What a waste of $. Glad I haven't purchased the rest of the cameras that I need for my business and home. I will probably just have to take the loss and discontinue use of this system and get another brand.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. There are indeed some restrictions on the free cloud plan, for example, you can only bind one of your cameras to your cloud account. If you are interested in cloud storage, we suggest you subscribe to the paid cloud plan per your requirements. Thank you for your understanding.
