Hey guys,
I'd like to add my Trackmix Wifi to my Synology Surveillance Station.
It should be supported according to synologies compatibility list.

However adding it to synology fails during the authentication step. From the internet i learned that I probably need top open some ports on my reolink.

When I open the reolink client the network tab does not show advanced settings (sorry screenshot is in German).
Am I missing something? The Trackmix Wifi has a DC Connection. So the limitation about battery powered systems mentioned in the support article should not apply here right?
Where is the "Server Settings" page in the reolink client.
Both client and FW of the trackmix are up to date.

@user_827429727908048_827429727908048 Is this battery operated TrackMix. If so there is no advanced settings and cannot be connected to any surveillance system other than using their client.

(I did buy it I'm just setting it up)
is any of those 2 models battery powered? -
@user_827429727908048_827429727908048 The BOBG5Q9HDV is battery operated. You have to get the 6W solar to keep the battery charged. There is no port settings on this model. It can only be controlled and watched through their clients.
However, BOB4KB6CTB is dc powered camera. In this case you should get the ports settings.
Go to the Info and get the HW and SW versions. -

Or am i missing something? -
@user_827429727908048_827429727908048 it's battery operated cam. I deleted the snapshot as it contained the UID which is like your bank account.
Ensure you have a strong password. -
