RLC-520a triggers alerts for masked area

I have setup my first RLC-520a, activated push notifications and setup the other motion/recording options. One area is masked off to ignore motion but I'm getting notifications and the camera is recording people walking in the area that I've masked.

Masking is for privacy, you need to go to motion detection and then motion zones.

Please contact our support team at support@reolink.com, and attach the screenshot to show the system information of the camera. Our support team will check if the camera needs to be upgraded.
