How to reset

My Argus 2 will not respond to the reset button the battery is fully charged and I have a green light and a beeping sound the light at the front is red. After several attempts to reset the green light turns to amber. Can you tell me how do I find my U I D number

@colin-perriman_493164643934452 Should be on the sticker. Otherwise you need to bring it in operation and get it from the Info menu.

@joseph_1979 Thank you for your help Joseph but I have tried inserting that code but no response except to tell me that it is incorrect its got me beat. I have scanned that code off the camera onto my phone pressed the reset button on the camera but it not turning on so it unable to read the QR code Still the beeping goes on and on until I remove the battery. the battery is fully charged at close to 4 Volts
