Just recently installed a RLC-410WS camera at my business and it mostly works great. Unfortunately the camera position is near the limit of my WiFi range which causes a very unstable connection. I'm wondering if there is an option to disable the WiFi and connect over a wired connection. I currently have a cable going from a wired hub to the camera, but it appears to still be connecting via WiFi.
Hi Justin,May I know what exactly is that wired hub? Is that a router, switch, or something else?Normally, once Reolink WiFi camera is connected to a switch/router with Ethernet cable, it will work on cable not WiFi anymore. So maybe it is the fault of your wired hub? Can you try a router to see?Thank you so much.
