      I have 2 Keen cameras, one at home and one at work

      The one at work used to send email alerts from the motion sensing, but it stopped. When I check Enable from the Motion settings, it says "Motion Detection Setting Succeeded"

      But when I close and reopen the Reolink windows client, the check box is reverted back to un-checked.

        Is your camera Keen? How did you manage to add it to the desktop software?

            sorry I did not reply sooner

            I added the camera by typing the UID, user and password

             

            Any updates to my original question would be appreciated  🙂

              I am still struggling with this issue. Every time I set the Motion check box to Enable, it is not saved.

              Also a little weird how the Motion option is out of place in the Windows application (see attached screen shot)

                Disabling RF Alarm allows me to enable Motion
                Is RF Alarm the remote sensor?

                  Hi Brad, please go to Reolink App to set your Keen camera. Now Keen camera are not yet compatible with the client software. That's why you are experiencing some issues here.

                    You mean to set the motion I should only use the Android app?

                      In the Android app for the Keen, there is a setting for PIR sensor, but no settings for Motion

                      In the Windows app there is options for: Motion and RF Alarm, WTF?

                      Can somebody sort me out please? I have 2 Keen cameras and I can not get any motion settings to work.

                          PIR is Passive InfraRed, that is for motion.

                          Is the PIR the built in motion, or the separate sensor?
                          The separate sensor runs ob batteries, I just want to use the internal motion

                          Another issue... using the PC software the FTP settings do not work either. In the Adroid app, there is no settings for FTP - what are we supposed to do???

                            For now, Reolink Argus cameras can only be added to Reolink App. It's not advised to add them to the Client software (Windows, Mac OS) , which may be fully supported in the future.

                              First of all, PLEASE get the Keen working on the PC software. I bought 2 of them and I expected full functionality

                              In the Android app, there is only a setting for PIR Sensor, Is this the external sensor (that uses batteries) or the internal motion sensor? I only want to use the internal motion sensing.

                              In the Android app, there is no FTP settings!! And there is no Recording timer settings!!
