    [C1] Notification on motion detection not working both on ios and android

      Hi,

      I recently bought 4 Reolink C1 cameras and I cannot get the motion detection notifications to work on Android and ios.

      I followed the instructions on the website (made sure that the motion detection was activated in the settings and also the push notification, made sure on android and iphone that the parameters were allowing notifications).

      I can see that the motion detection itself works (as there is a small red icon on the bottom right corner and also the recording on the SD card is working). Everything works (remote viewing, pan, talk, ...) But no notification at all.

      Is there a port forwarding to activate... or a special hidden option?

      The android Reolink app and ios are up to date.
      The firmware I'm using on all the cameras is the latest available on your website for the C1 (843_17061500).

        I have exactly the same issue on a RLC-410WS with all the latest Firmware. MD words because I can trigger an email alert, however push notification just does nothing.
