I'm sitting here watching the neighbor's kids run around on my driveway but my camera did not record anything.. Why does my new Argus2 not record sometimes? I want it to pick up all motion on my property. Thanks for your tips..

Did you get an answer to this? I also have an Argus 2, PIR sensitivity set to high. As an example, my front door camera did not start recording today until my mailman was standing directly underneath it. It did not sense the motion from his truck on the road, him on the public sidewalk, or him coming up my walkway which are all in view of the camera. Not until he was at the mailbox directly under the camera did it record.
The recording missing might be related to the position you installed this camera. Both installation height and position will affect the motion detection. For example, when a person moves straight toward the camera, the PIR motion sensor will be less sensitive to the movement. Here is an article about the installation to help you learn more.
