I just received an E1 Pro camera in the mail today from my on-line order.There is an issue that seems to be a manufacturing flaw. I tried 3 different Micro SD cards in the slot and they all do not fully recess into the slot, the left hand corner of the card sticks out slightly and hits against the outer housing and jams. I tried Toshiba, Kingston and Team Micro SD cards I have, all of them the same (as expected as they're a standard size). Please see attached photo for clarification. I did make sure it clicked in and was fully inserted.E1ProMicroSD.jpg
Please use a tooth pick or reset pin to push the SD card to have a try.If it still won't work, could you report the issue to support@reolink.com? Our support team will help you fix it.
