Hello there,I bought a RLC-410W on Amazon one week ago. After setting it up all went well, until I had to change the position of the camera.I coundn't establish a WLAN-connection. So I connected the camera directly to my network-switch as I did for setup. But a LAN-connection doesn't work, too. My switch says there is no device connected.I wanted to do a reset by the reset-button, but that microswitch in the button was broken at delivery, so I cutted it off to short-wire the wires. Didn't work, too.The camera works as far as i can see, the IR-LEDs turn on when I hold my hand directly in front of the camera, but no connection is possible. Is the camera itself broken or is maybe only the somthing in the cable broken? Is it possible to purchase a replacement-cable? Did anyone have that issue before?Greetings and thanks in advance
Which cable are you talking about?
The black one coming out of the camera which ends in the pigtail (power, reset and rj45).By the way, I just tried a different power adapter from another camera with no effort.
I have read all the comments and suggestions posted by the visitors for this article are very fine. Now is the time to have solar-powered CCTV camerasHeader-Resized.jpg
