Video standby only on rln12w

Cameras go into standby mode with a box on the screen saying standby mode. This doesn't happen when viewing on my phone app. I have 1gig broadband. I couldn't find any option on my nvr rln12w that will keep the camera from going to sleep in standby mode. Atlas PT Ultra supports continuous recording. How can I view this camera on my monitor without the video stopping in standby? I have another brand nvr and I can watch any camera constantly running.

@sflacovers_487687496392884 Seemingly, the Atlas PT Ultra does not support continuous recording with the Reolink NVR RLN12W, but the development team is aware of this limitation and is reportedly working on a solution - I saw no specific timeline had been provided yet. basketball stars

I just bought an altas pt ultra because I need a battery camera that records 24/7, or continuous, with my Reolink NVR RLN12W. I have the same issue.

When I go into the app on my iPhone, I don't see a setting to ensure that it is recording continuously. I see here that it doesn't currently support that on the NVR and that the Dev team is working on it? Is this true? If so, what's the status and when can we expect it?
