I have several Reolink cameras. One of them is an RLC 410W that is firmly screwed on. Now I have a new router and unfortunately I have to set up all cameras again. The only thing I don't get installed is the RLC 410W. I reset it, but it doesn't talk to me like the other cameras afterwards. The reinstallation does not start as with the other models. I should be able to reinstall the camera without unscrewing it, right?

I would be very happy about help.

      Thank you so much!

Sorry that there is no voice prompt for the RLC-410W, so you can not hear it talks to you. The camera loses connection with the original wifi after you reset the camera. You need to use a cable to connect the camera to the router to set it up again. But the camera is screwed to the roof. I can't unscrew it that easily. It's really very annoying. Is there no other way?

May I know the distance between the camera and the router? Is it possible for you to find a long cable to connect them?

Do you have a long Ethernet cable? If possible, please put the router closer to the camera and then use an Ethernet cable to connect the camera to the router. We are so sorry that we don't have a further solution in such a solution.
