      Firstly, this relates to the fo.lowing unit:

      • Model: RLN8-410-E
      • H/W Version: H3MB16
      • Firmware Version: v2.0.0.280_21060101


      I know there hasnt been a firmware update in some time and there will probably never be another, unless there is some kind of security breach when Reolink are forced to do one, but i was wondering a couple of things as follows...

      1. How can you continue to sell an obsolete product as sold on Amazon?
      2. Will there ever be an upgrade to the "New UI" for this particular NVR?
      3. Will there ever be support for 3rd party cameras using RTSP/ONVIF as per your instructions here for this particular NVR?
      4. Will the link, How to Set up Reolink Ports/Server Settings on Reolink NVR (New UI) on the Reolink NVRs, as specified in the aforementioned page ever be corrected?


      I think I know what most of the answers will be, but we shall see.

          @adelphiauk To get a reply from Reolink, I suggest you to email them on support @ reolink . com. I don't have an NVR. I use ftp and HA.
