    Video doorbell username and password reset doesn’t work

      Hello, I had to reset my video doorbell because I turned something on that I could not turn off again. After the reset the doorbell did not accept my username and or password anymore. Then I pressed "forgot password" but after the reset the doorbell does not accept the username: admin and password: ……….blank.

          Not sure if it’s the same case but I had similar problem with new doorbell. Apparently if you have NVR it detects camera automatically and set own password. If you have one to need to check settings for assigned password or just turn off nvr, reset doorbell then without nvr in network you’ll be able to log in using blank password.

              Your method worked. Thank you so much. I unplugged my NVR and then I could finally create a new password for the doorbell. What a relief. The doorbell was the first product from Reolink that I bought last year. After that I added the NVR with cameras. Never thought that those two would get in each other's way when you do a reset.
