Can't start E1 Zoom after reset. Who can help?

After a reset (E1 Zoom) appears the voice: "Welcome to Reolink please install the reolink app and scan the QR Code on the camera". After scanning the QR Code, the smartphone says: "Device added". But the voice continues " "Welcome to Reolink! Please install the reolink app and scan the QR Code on the camera" What should I do?
